About FLAME.

Founded in 2018 by Maria Høgh, Flame Management is a leading talent management agency representing diverse voices in sports, entertainment, and creative industries. Since 2022, Flame Management has expanded to include a research unit, PR department, and in-house production company, each driven by highly qualified professionals.

FLAME is separated into two divisions: FLAME Management for talent management, and FLAME Agency for brand representation.
